My activity is not being tracked in the Challenge

At times some Challenges may not track your activity. The reason it may be happening could be one of the following:

  • Task tracking code is not properly installed
  • Task tracking code was removed, edited, or overwritten
  • Jollow doesn't recognize you
  • The Challenge expired or was removed

We would recommend sending us a message including the ID of the Challenge so that we can look in to the issue sooner than later.
