Challenge is not working / tracking activity

It is imperative that our API code be installed on a website for activity to be tracked. When a website owner adds their individual API code for their website, Jollow will recognize the integration and be able to record participant activity. However, if the code is deleted, edited or altered, or simply not in the proper part(s) of the website, it will likely no longer be recognized by Jollow. 

Sometimes when website code is updated there is a compatibility issue and/or our API code could be overwritten by newer files which do not contain our required code. 

While we have automated checks in place, it does occasionally happen where code "breaks" without us noticing. We recommend contacting us so we can jump in to help sooner than later.
