Activity is captured under two main focuses; Challenges and Tasks. Once you "Take" a Challenge, the activity you perform (assuming such activity is of the Task(s) within the Challenge) will be tracked up until you've completed the Challenge (performed all the required activity within the time frame alloted or the Challenge expires prior to completing.

Challenges

All activities through Jollow end with a Challenge. A Challenge can include up to 3 individual Tasks. Challenges are created for Participants to "Take" in order to earn the associated Reward(s).

Tasks

Every Challenge is made of 1-3 Tasks. Think of a Task as an action such as a click or a login. These Tasks can include a series of actions such as login in to your account at a specific website X times Y days in a row.
