How to track the deliverability, open rate as well as clicks on links...

There is no way to 100% sure find out the deliverability rate of emails due to the fact that some ISP's like e.g. Hotmail don't bounce emails that they reject. What you can do is to check the open rate of emails using HTML emails that contain an invisible tracking image. Again, this way is not 100% accurate as some email receivers might not display images in HTML emails by default. But this is for sure more accurate then the deliverability rate.
