My Password Isn't Working. How Do I Access the Site?

Make sure that you are using your EMAIL Address to Login, NOT your username/affiliateID

Also, if you are copy/pasting your password make sure that you are not picking up a leading
or lagging "space" which the system will interpret as a character and therefore won't work.

In addition, you may want to try to TYPE IN your email address rather than allowing it to load
from your browser.  We did some testing and that seemed to resolve the issue, too.

If you continue to have a problem you can ask the system to reset your password for you.
